Clunking or Banging
If you hear a clunking, tapping, or banging noise from under the hood, this is usually a sign of a big problem. There could be issues with valves, pistons, connecting rods, or another crucial part.

Squealing
This noise can originate from a few different car parts. If it sounds like it's coming from under your hood, it could be an issue with accessory belts or even your power steering pump.
